The dedicated air blow workbench [YMS series] was developed as a specialized workbench for air blowing on workpieces that have cutting chips and cutting oil attached, specifically on the machine tool side. By introducing the dedicated air blow workbench YMS, it is possible to collectively suction the cutting chips and oil that would otherwise scatter, thus preventing contamination of the surrounding environment. Additionally, while conventional air blowing required the machine tool to be stopped, with the introduction of YMS, air blowing can be performed outside the machine without stopping it, thereby improving operational efficiency. It also contributes to reducing various costs such as cleaning and sorting expenses. Demonstration units are available for practical demonstrations!
